Hi! My name is Lexi Magoto. I am currently a senior at Bowling Green State University majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Marketing. I am from Versailles, Ohio and enjoy running, spending time with my friends and family, doing side art projects, reading, and keeping my body and mind active!
During my time in the BGSU design program, I am involved in Design Club, am a recipient of the Silvia Passerini Davenport Award, have received a 2026 AAF Toledo Gold Addy Award, and a Junior Art Talent Award and Scholarship. Throughout my time at BGSU, I noticed that I am most engaged in projects where I could shape an identity, establish a mood, or build a visual system. I’m less interested in decoration and more interested in intention. What excites me most about design is the moment when everything comes together. There’s something powerful about seeing color, type, and layout align in a way that feels honest and clear. The way I design connects directly to how I see the world, how I process emotion, and what kind of creative environments allow me to do my best work.
